Atelier etiquette

Any remaining amount is paid at the appointment by MobilePay or bank transfer. You receive a receipt after the service.
Selected longer treatments may require a 50% Planway Pay deposit when booking. The deposit is deducted from the total price.
To protect the calm rhythm of the atelier, changes or cancellations are free until 24 hours before the appointment. Late changes, late cancellation or no-show may be charged 50% of the booked treatment.
