Do I book through Instagram?
Bookings are handled through Planway. Instagram and WhatsApp are for special questions before you book.
How can I pay?
Selected longer appointments may require a 50% Planway Pay deposit when booking. Any remaining balance is paid at the appointment by MobilePay or bank transfer, and you receive a receipt after the service.
What is Japanese Manicure Ritual?
Japanese Manicure Ritual is a natural nail care treatment without gel, colour or extensions. The natural nail is shaped, refined and finished with mineral-rich paste and shine powder for a soft natural glow. It is best for natural nails, polish breaks and clients whose work or lifestyle does not suit gel or colour. If your workplace has strict hygiene rules, please check your own workplace policy before booking.
What is the cancellation deadline?
Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time. Late cancellations, late changes or no-shows may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the booked service. For selected longer appointments with a deposit, the paid deposit may be offset against that fee.
Is the appointment private?
Yes. The atelier is built around one-to-one care and one client at a time.
Should I bring inspiration?
Yes. Inspiration is helpful, but the final design is adjusted to your nail shape, lifestyle, and proportions.
Do I need to book removal if I already have gel on?
Not always. If the existing gel structure is stable, choose the appropriate Gel Refill & Design service. For gel-polish manicure or pedicure, choose the Removal Included version when product is already present. Before a new extension set, add Gel Removal As Add-On to New Set. If you are unsure, send a photo before booking.
Should I book extra time for design or special details?
Yes. For French, Baby Boomer, Cateye or Glazed, choose the combined finish service under refill or extensions. For nail art, choose Design 1, 2 or 3. Bridal Atelier Nails and Private Design Consultation are separate services in Planway.
What does the 10-day workmanship promise include?
It covers technical issues such as unusual lifting or early chipping. It does not cover accidental damage, impact, aftercare neglect, or changes requested after the service.
Do you offer bridal nails?
Yes. Bridal Atelier Nails is 135 minutes and 850 DKK. If you want a separate design-planning appointment first, Private Design Consultation is 60 minutes and 150 DKK.
