Do I book through Instagram?
Bookings are handled through Planway. Instagram and WhatsApp are for special questions before you reserve.
How can I pay?
Selected longer appointments may require a 50% Planway Pay deposit when booking. Any remaining balance is paid at the appointment by bank transfer, and you receive a receipt after the service.
What is the cancellation deadline?
Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time. Late cancellations, late changes or no-shows may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the booked service. For selected longer appointments with a deposit, the paid deposit may be offset against that fee.
Is the appointment private?
Yes. The atelier is built around one-to-one care and one client at a time.
Should I bring inspiration?
Yes. Inspiration is helpful, but the final design is adjusted to your nail shape, lifestyle, and proportions.
Do I need to book removal if I already have gel on?
Not always. If you want to keep your current gel, the atelier can assess whether it is suitable for a refill or restructure. If you want it removed, please book Gel Removal or contact the atelier before booking, as removal takes extra time and protects the natural nail.
Should I book extra time for design or special details?
Yes. If you would like one-colour gel polish on a selected natural-care service, French, glazed or Baby Boomer finish, nail art, a Spa Foot Mask, bridal details, or something more special, please choose the relevant add-on in Planway or contact the atelier before booking.
What does the 14-day workmanship guarantee include?
It covers technical issues such as unusual lifting or early chipping. It does not cover accidental damage, impact, aftercare neglect, or changes requested after the service.
Do you offer bridal nails?
Yes. Bridal atelier nails start from 729 DKK and are planned through the existing service menu, with extra attention to timing, shape, ring, dress, photographs and personal details. If you are unsure what to book, contact the atelier before reserving your appointment.
